Micromass triple quadrupole mass spectrometer interfaced to a Shimadzu LC system.
  Waters 2690 Alliance HPLC System equipped with a Waters 996 photodiode array detector and a Waters 474 scanning fluorescence detector.
  HP 1090 HPLC system with PDA and flourescence detection (x2).
  Shimadzu UV-1700 PharmaSpec spectrophotometer.
  Integrated ESA electrochemical detector and workstation.

Phytochemical and Antioxidant Analyses:

  Proanthocyanidins -
  Extraction and normal-phase HPLC separations of proanthocyanidin by degree  of polymerization, MS characterization and quantitation by fluorescence.
 
  Flavonoids -
  Extraction and LC/MS/MS characterization of flavonoids and flavonoid gycosides in foods and biological tissues.
  Generation and characterization of flavonoid metabolites in biological tissues.
 
  Total Phenolics -
  Spectrophotometric measurements of total phenolics in plant tissues.
 
  Vitamins -
  Extraction and HPLC analysis of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
Lycopene determination by LC/MS.
